Introduction of Glucose syrup dextrose production line
Glucose syrup also known as confectioner's glucose, is a syrup made from the hydrolysis of starch. Glucose also is called starch sugar. Maize (corn) is commonly used as the source of the starch to produce glucose, in which case the syrup is called "corn syrup", but glucose syrup is also can be produced from cassava, potato , sweet potato, rice and other starch source material.
Corn glucose is widely used in many fields, like food, medicine, paper, etc. Traditional method is processing starch to glucose, in consideration of high cost of starch, more and more people turn to process glucose from corn or rice. We adopt the newest double-enzyme method to process broken rice, the product is clear and of high quality, customers can also get protein dreg for animal feed.
The nomal way to produce glucose is use starch convert to glucose ,however ,our company spend energy and work on research invent machine allow us to use rice powder to produce glucose directly,and the by-production also can bring high economic profit.
The process of Glucose syrup dextrose production line :
1 Mixing system
Add equal water and corn flour into the mixing tank, then mix moderate enzyme, keeping a certain temperature to wait for material to make physical reaction;
2 Spraying and liquefaction system
After some time, the meterial is put into the spraying and liquification tank. Trough high spraying in regular time, the corn flour graduallly is transferred into syrup;
3 Plate frame pressing filter deproteinization system
The glucose liquor transformed in high temperature is put into the plate frame press filter to be pressed mechanically, discharging the glucose liquor, leaving corn protein inside the machine;
4 Saccharifying system
The filtered glucose liquid is put into the saccharifying tank, maintaining a specific temperature, adding moderate saccharifying enzyme. The saccharifying reaction is to begin after some time;
5 Decoloration system
The saccharified glucose liquor is pumped into the decoloration tank, adding acticated charcoal, holding a certain temperature. Generally, it needs twice to make the liquor transparent;
6 Plate-and-frame press filter decarburization system
The mixed glucose liquor with active charcoal is pressed by the pressing filter to get white transparent glucose liquor;
7 Ion exchange system
The pure glucose liquid is pumped into the ion exchage column, other ions included in the liquor are absorbed by resin to get edible syrup;
8 Triple effect evaporator
The gucose syrup is pumped into the triple effect evaporator to discharge excessive moisture instantly, improving the density of glucose syrup;
9 Single effect evaporation system
The main function of single effect evaporator is to get high density glucose syrup from 80% to 84%;
10 Final glucose syrup storage tank
Its unique function is to keep the density of glucose syrup better, convenient for productiong and transportation.
