One. Production technology of corn flour in high fructose corn syrup production line

The processing technology of producing corn flour with corn as raw material is different from that of common corn flour.

After the corn is washed, the corn germ is separated first, and then the corn bran is peeled off to obtain corn flour for dry grinding. After grinding and sieving several times, the corn flour needed is made into syrup.

2. Technology of corn flour pulping

The corn flour was mixed with water to obtain a suitable density paste. Then add amylase and keep it warm for a certain period of time to make corn flour absorb enough water.

Three. Liquefaction process:

The liquefaction process is to convert the starch contained in corn flour into liquid dextrin. The material will be sprayed in a spray pot at high temperature. Under the action of amylase and water vapor, starch is rapidly transformed into liquid dextrin.

A liquefaction system machine is required in this process.

Four. Deproteinization process of high fructose corn syrup production line:

Deproteinization process is to separate corn protein and other solid impurities from liquid dextrin by syrup filter. Liquid dextrin will be pumped to the next process, and corn protein will be left for sale. .

By product corn protein (feed grade) is a high-grade protein additive for animal feed.

5. Saccharification technology of high fructose corn syrup production line

The saccharification process is to convert liquid dextrin into the required de valued glucose syrup with the help of glucoamylase. The process should run for a few hours at a specific temperature. It takes longer to make high blood sugar syrup.

This process requires a saccharification tank.

6. Decolorization process of glucose syrup:

The decolorization process is to remove the color of glucose syrup with active carbon. The glucose syrup meeting the decolorization requirements is pumped into the decolorization tank from the saccharification tank and mixed with active carbon at a proper temperature. The decolorization tank is required in the decolorization process.

The decarburization process is to separate the activated carbon from the glucose syrup by the filter press and obtain the clarified glucose syrup.
