What is Fructose syrup ?                                                     

Fructose syrup is known as high fructose corn syrup(HFCS) . The saccharified liquid from enzymic method saccharified starch isomerizes part of glucose into fructose through the isomerization effect by glucose isomerase. It is a kind of mixing syrup which consists of glucose and fructose. 

Fructose syrup can replace cane sugar. Just like cane sugar, it can be widely applied in food and beverage industry. Especially in beverage industry, it has better flavor and taste and lower price than cane sugar. Its usage has outstanding advantages in food and beverage industry.

How to produce the fructose syrup ?                                       

The fructose syrup is made by glucose isomerase. So when making the fructose syrup , it will need making the glucose syrup firstly . As we all known glucose syrup is made from starch hydrolysis (main material is corn starch). But during the starch production , there has serious pollution problem-- large quantity waste water. 

Under this condition, our company has researched and developed the new technology. Now we can produce the fructose syrup from corn or broken rice directly without pollution. It also can reduce the production cost than producing fructose syrup from starch, the investor will have more greater profit margins from corn/rice fructose syrup production.

The liquefied material is sent to enzyme saccharification tank for reaction. Maintain at specific temperature for some time , the syrup will transfer to High DE glucose syrup.

After LAB testing, the glucose syrup will be purified by decoloration and Ion exchange process to produce the high purity colorless glucose syrup for next process.

When the fructose syrup concentration reaches the technology requirement, then it cools the temperature and enters into the final product tank for storage.
